Did you set the eggs in the holder pointy side up or down? Or did you lay them on their side and rotate by hand?
The membrane looks to be dark, brown colored. That is a typical sign of a dry membrane. Usually they are white. But he looks like he's continually making his hole a little bigger so that is good. Hopefully he will zip soon and is not shrink wrapped....

If he was my last chick to hatch I would assist him in opening the shell. Usually the last chicks that hatch for me are one's that have dried membranes. But he is your first so I don't know. Hopefully he will do his thing.
