Is this a pullet and a RIR?

It's 4 1/2 weeks old. Thinking it's also a pullet. Do you agree? I was really hoping it was something other than an RIR,but I think it is

Hmm. I had some mixed breed eggs given to me to hatch and one chick looked like yours. She feathered out red with a orange ring around her neck. They had RIR, new hamps and a few wesummers. Your chick will just have to be a wait see.

they are supposed to be pure's, or as pure as a hatchery can be, they are just "extras" that didn't get sold
