We got three of these and like to if these are quail or chickens

Well, as you have already stated elsewhere that it came from the bantam bin at TSC it is safe to assume it is *some* type of bantam - because TSC orders assorted bantams, there are many potential breed identities. As has been explained, it will be a matter of waiting a few weeks for the chick to begin to feather in well and at that point a positive ID can likely be made.

sorry for the other threads I just wanted different peoples opinions
 
Since you got it from the bantam box, it's most likely that they gave you a bantam chick: essentially a smaller version of a standard bird. I wouldn't count on it being a quail: different types of birds are normally pretty well separated anyway. The only thing to do now is to just wait and see how it feathers out
