Is this a Roo, and a Bantam RIR?

This is my beautiful "Baby Girl". We think she/he is a Bantam RIR. But We aren't sure. Is this a Roo or Pullet, and is he/she a RIR Bantam chicken. Any help would be appreciated

That's what I was thinking. He's a sweetie. But I'm not changing his name, because I don't want to confuse him lol

Yes he's smaller then all my bantams

I have two 5.5 years old RIR Bantam hens that came from Cackle Hatchery in 2017. They have been wonderful producers. A couple of years ago, I crossed them with a couple of Hoover BB Red OEGB roosters and the resulting chickens are very nice looking. As were chicks from four Cackle Hatchery Crele OEGB hens crossed with the same two BB Red OEGB roosters, resulting in three of the most beautiful roosters that I have ever had.
