Is this a roo?

These are my two White Leghorn pullets. They are about 21 weeks old... And one just started laying last week. (I have these two and two ISA Browns that lay brown eggs, if I get white eggs I only get one. So I'm assuming only one is laying.) Since their combs and wattles are so different, I'm wondering if the one is a roo? No frisky behavior witnessed yet, and no crowing yet, but still, what do you think? The one with the yellow background is the one I think is laying. The other is the suspected roo.

Nope, they are both pullets. I'd guess the one in the photo on the bottom is the layer since she looks more mature.

Pullets. One just needs a bit more time before she's ready to lay. The one with the larger comb and wattles is the one already laying.
