Hard to tell, by that pic, but I'm guessing Pullet

Just sent it. Her face is pinker than my other one.

Just looking at the comb and wattles, I say probably not a cockerel at 9 weeks. Yes they are red but still really small. Try getting full body pics and one looking down at the back and tail.
