This is Hei hei he’s a 15 week old black copper maran and I have ever since I got him called him a roo he walks like one has crowed once cock fights a lot and has the color of a roo but my mom talked to me and said the tail feathers look like a hen is it a hen

In the second picture I see the male specific pointed saddle feathers coming in.

I believe you are correct he is a he.

Definitely a cockerel. He just hasn't grown his tail in all the way yet.
