Is this a Roo ?

Hi I got some leghorns from tractor supply in July and know they can sometimes sex their chicks wrong. Out of 7 I think one maybe a roo and was wondering if anyone can maybe confirm. Only ones tail feathers look different from everyone else’s.

You will see male tail feathers developing around 12 weeks. Sounds like they aren't quite there yet, but you would see those soon if you did have a male. The one whose face you can see in the photo looks like a pullet to me, too.
