Ok. Cause sometimes roosters wont crow if there's another dominant rooster around.

no other dominant rooster but I do have very dominant hens

Thank you all so much for the feedback. My daughter took him to the local feed store where they adopt out roosters. I think by the end of the day one of the workers will take him home. They loved him there!
she said that all of a sudden he started crowing when he saw some baby chicks and he went straight in with the hens where they put him. We are always sad to send them off, but know they end up in a good place
