Is this a rooster or a hen?

I have no idea, nor can I find what kind of breed this chicken is so I have no reference. It looks like a rooster and is as mean as one. was hatched on May 5. No signs of mating or crowing and when I go to catch it there is a lot of hen noises not rooster. It clucks like a hen when they are being caught. Any thoughts?

no I do not, we aren't allowed being in city limits. Whenever we get one we have to get rid of it.

Ok. Cause sometimes roosters wont crow if there's another dominant rooster around.
