Looks like a cockerel to me. That's a lot of comb for one so young.

Thank you @featheredplanets what about the wattles, i have noticed one with a small and very pale comb but large wattles

It’s normal for pullets to have thin red wattles but not big wattles. If you check back on them in a couple weeks when they’ve matured a bit, it should be relatively easy to decide who is male and who is female.
