One is a "RIR", but seeing pictures of other RIRs, Im not so sure because of the black tail feathers. And now the wattles are huge and RED, Im suspicious its a rooster!
The other is a "Dominique" and Im pretty certain its a hen but the upright tail feathers make me wonder too.

The RIR has a huge comb, a green/black tail that is very long, saddle feathers, and looks like it has some spurs.
The dominique has a long tail, saddle feathers, and spurs.

oh boy, i have such bad luck lol. this has happened before. so now i have 3 roos in with 2 hens, and 3 guinea hens. I dont think I can get rid of the roos for another 2 weeks after my vaca, when should I be worried about fighting and aggression?

I wouldn't worry if they have grown up together. They probably have already determined who is head haunch-o and all will be fine for a while. Of course we can't say for sure, but in my experience they'll probably be OK.
