Could be, better photos would help, and knowing it's age. A good standing side shot and a face shot are best. Silkies can be hard to sex.
 
I don't know why... but I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess pullet... it's the closed, relaxed eyes that makes me feel that way.

But those are big waddles for any girl even pure bred straight comb. And that's a good sized comb to. So knowing what the mix is might also help... as my Orp girls have smaller combs than say my leghorn. Then you could get an indicator of the size the comb might be on boy vs girl.

Silkies do have a fifth toe. But Ameraucana do not have a straight comb. So a pea comb crossed with walnut would not give you the comb you have on this one, as far as I know. So I would venture a guess and say not Ameraucana cross.
