Is this a rooster??

He’s crele with feathered legs... doesn’t look like any Cochin, but could be a Brahma. Chances are he could be a mix.

Ha, well seems pretty unanimous... [sadly... we already have a fully functioning Rooster].
So... any guesses as to what kind of bird this is?
We sorta inherited a group of young chickens. All quite diverse.... this one has a much bigger body. Most of the hens in this group are somewhat small...

Mixed breed (has the crele pattern, maybe cochin???) rooster. He's beautiful!!!
