Is this a rooster?

3 month old looking like a rooster but does not have a significant red comb and do not see a waddle but is developing a very rooster like tail. Is this a rooster? Any idea on breed? Thanks!

i think that may be golden duckwing (correct me if im wrong) and theres no such thing as a goldenduck wing hen, so.. he has to be a roo XD

That is an EE rooster. He has a peacomb so it may not get very big, and they do not get wattles. The dark brick red on his shoulders is a dead giveaway.

Thanks everyone, sounds like chicken is on the menu, 2 of my 5 hens are now roosters.

why is the red brick a dead give away? for me it was the tail/saddle feathers
