Is this a Rooster?

My chicks havent finally grown up into some great hens but lo and behold a possible rooster in the flock?Any ideas if she is actually a he?Sorry for the bad pics for some reason i cant directly post photos anywhere and I can only post links....

Those pics are so small it's hard to tell but he does look like a roo.

yay thanks you guys i really hoped he was and yes he does have those long saddle feathers but i havent had chickens like these before and wanted to make sure.Kevin how did u get the pictures to work?

If the hackle feathers are more pointed, than it is a roo, more rounded hackle feather indicated a female.

The black and white bird is an easter egger rooster. All the others look like pullets.
