He's a Brahma.

Correction. I just saw that he has a single comb, Brahmas have pea combs. I think he's a mixed breed rooster.

He may have some Cochin in him. That would account for the single comb, but he doesn't appear to have nearly enough feather mass for a pure breed Cochin. He could be a Cochin mixed breed though.
