Is this a true 100 percent silkie

Not in my opinion... the comb is wrong, as well as they eyes and beak... not to mention the ear lobes.
He is a cutie though!
How many toes? What color skin?
It DOES have Silkied feathers, but that's about it.

Nope, not a pure Silkie. Earlobe color is wrong, skin color is wrong, and comb is wrong.
