Is this a turkey or a chicken?

Can you please tell me if this is a rooster or a turkey and if it's a turkey what breed is it? My mom bought it and she thinks it's a rooster but the rest of us think it's a turkey!!!!

i figured it out....it is a silver aracana...which is a chicken, even if it was in with the turkey, and the people at the feed store did not know what it was, a chicken that got to old for the dumb boys at the feed store to tell what it was...
