Is this a welsummer chick?

I hatched some chicks a few days ago and there is a few of them that look like this :

Now, I have a little bit older one that looked exactly the same when she was a baby

Are they indeed welsummer chicks ?

Looks like my Welie when she was a chick. I know there are lots of breeds that very much the same as chicks though.

Mystery eggs? Lol.

Does the neighbor have a Welsummer rooster and some Welsummer hens? Were the eggs terracotta brown with spots? If so, it may well be.

But, the look of this chick is common for many breeds/mixes so not nearly enough information.

He has a welsummer rooster and the eggs were not as dark as terracotta brown

They were more like heavy tint

Then I'd say mix is a near-certainty.
