Is this actually a barred rock?

Hi all, I haven't been on here for a while but I do have a question. I originally order Ayam Cemani hatching eggs and got 6 of those and the person I bought then from gave me 6 other eggs that were just from her flock so that I would have a complete dozen. None of the Ayam Cemanis hatched and I only got 4 eggs from the other 6. I still have two of them and I thought one was a Barred Rock but she has a weird comb and a small feather on her foot?

Hmm, I don't think the feather is enough for us to change our guesses because of it. This looks like a Dominique
