We've got 6 chickens and trying to figure out breed and gender of each.

Is this an Ameraucana Hen?

Looks like an EE hen to me.

Definately a hen.

Easter egger, but hard to tell if she has a pea comb or straight comb. Pea combs are higher likelihood of getting green or blue eggs, straight combs will probably be brown/pinkish/cream.

Thank you for posting this info! I have 2 EE's that until yesterday I thought were Campines. Our Maple looks very similar to the original post. Now you've got me running outside to see what color eggs Maple or Hazel might lay!
