Is this an Ameraucana?

    Is this an Ameraucana? I've never seen one like this, but someone is selling him as an Ameraucana and I wanted to make sure.

    I don't understand, the top one has a pea comb, beard/muff, slate legs, and is an allowed color (Silver). Why is he an EE on sight?

    top picture is a rather nice Silver Ameraucana maybe cockerel? The bottom picture screams EE.
