Is this an indicator of a bigger problem?

Hi, I have Silver Laced Wyandottes. They usually lay brown eggs, but I found one that his heavily covered in white spots. Is this something I should be concerned about? Thanks

That is probably normal. Eggs from one chicken can vary greatly in size, shape, and color from time to time. My own Silver-Laced Wyandotte often lays eggs that are spotted with white.

Still, just to be sure that the egg is normal, if you still have the egg, could you take a photo of it and post it on BYC?
