Is this Angel Wing ?

Hi Guys, This is my 4 months old Duck Lily and She is growing her wing's feathers out.
She is hanging her right wing since one week , Is it Angel wing? If it is please confirm it,
So I can start her treatment.

Can you get a pic from a lower angle?The over lap of the wing feathers in the pic is that your concern? If so I'm pretty sure that's not angel wing...

I can't say for sure ... It looks like it could be angel wing, the wing looks like it's hanging... Is the duck just starting to get its flight feathers? Is wrapping it going to be bad if it's not angel wing?

That looks like the beginning stages of it, yeah. First they droop, then they tilt, then they REALLY stick out. Awesome that you caught it so early!
