Is this Appenzeller x a Pullet or Cockerel?

Pullet or cockerel? Appenzeller Spitzhauben x EE, born April 1st. I'm looking at its rounded saddle feathers and hoping its a pullet, but then I look at its size and stance and funky crest and am thinking cockerel. Opinions?

I've been hoping pullet but she's considerably bigger than the other pullet I kept from that hatch. Appenzeller crests are different than Polish so I find it a bit harder to judge based on the crest. Saddle feather are big and rounded though so I've been hoping pullet.

I doubt a cockerel would have feathers that round, that’s why I say pullet.
Being a mix, she might be larger because of her unique genetics.

Agreeing with other posters, it's a pullet! Interesting cross, let us know if she lays blue eggs...
