My Ayam Cemani is 6 months old. Can anyone tell me what gender it is?
I have 2 more that just started laying, and they are the same age as this one.

And they must love it because they are laying about everyday, although the internet says they only lay once a week

Chickens that lay few eggs tend to lay in clumps. So they lay every day or maybe every other day for a while, then they stop and go broody or they stop and take the winter off. Then at some point they start laying again for a bit.

They might lay about 50 total eggs in a year, and a year has 52 weeks, so the average could be an egg a week--but most weeks you will not get exactly one egg.
