The red of the partridge coloration must've darkened it.Would he not have some buff coloring on him too though?

It's impossible to get a blue bird from two black birds. Even if those black birds came from a pen of blues, they wouldn't carry blue genetics. However, if they were bred to a blue or a splash, they would have blue offspring.That’s Great!

If I bred her to him would The offspring be blue partridge? Or would It be best if I just bred him to a partridge hen to get blue partridge ?
You'd get the traditional BBS offspring but with Columbian thrown in the mix. Probably best to keep to PartridgeI was wondering..
