I think you should just keep doing what your doing. But if the foot stays the same or gets worse I think you should do the surgery.

That last picture doesn't really look like the typical bumblefoot. Is she limping at all? You could soak it a bit longer. I have a couple with bumblefoot that are mild and I just watch them.If they get worse I will cut the core out, but they are not even limping.

No, she hasn't limped in quite a while, when it was more swollen. She's moving around fine, even running and scratching. She's laying well, too.
