Is this chick a cockerel?

Do you think it’s a cock?

I recently hatched 2 chicks about 7 weeks ago and they have now been introduced into the flock and are doing fine. Today though I noticed the chick I have with the long tail had it’s neck puffed up towards its fellow chick which I notice my cockerel does sometimes when he tries to mate with a hen and I was wondering if this chick is a cockerel, I have some pics and would appreciate your help

First off, her comb/wattles are quite small and pale. Cockerels develop much more quickly.

Secondly, your girl sports dark barring, a trait exclusive to female Barred Rocks. Cockerels are doubled barred, therefore appear lighter.

Her tail isn't unusual at all for a pullet. Cockerels don't begin growing long, vibrant tails, complete with sickles, until much later on. :) When both genders are 7 weeks of age, there's no noticeable difference.
