Is this Cocci? Worms? Foul Pox?? What is going on?

My hen is acting weird...at first..something just wasn't right, then, about 2 weeks ago, I started noticing a few black spots on her comb, but nothing too crazy...otherwise completely normalish. I thought mites or lice so I checked her (Barred Rock) though difficult I didn't see anything. Then, her egg production slowed (I thought stress), then the color of her eggs has been getting increasingly lighter over the last 2 weeks, Then yesterday she laid an egg out in our yard, and today she laid her egg then a bunch of clear fluid laced with thin intestinal colored strands came out! Does anyone know what to do? Today I examined 3 other pullets in the same coop and they had lice so I dusted them all with DE (the only thing I had on hand)...could the BR have these symptoms from lice/mites? I really don't know where to start and we so far have been able to market our eggs as organic so I hesitate to treat with pharmiscuticals, however if that's the route I need to take I will, but I want to treat the problem accordingly. Thank you for ANY help, I'm having trouble decerning what my next step should be!

Here's a blurring picture...its kinda flopping to one side. Also this morning I cracked her last two eggs, and both have watery whites. I checked her BM this morning and there are no worms, however it was explosive and dark grainy, with 2 dark tar-like spots in it. Any ideas?!?

Sorry, forgot to add the picture!

Ok...now her legs are going pale and she's not eating or coming when I'm bringing her food...also I noticed more blood in stool!!! What is the matter??? Anyone???

Update: I feel like I'm giving a play-by-play as I want to know what "IT" is in case the rest of the flock has it...I ordered permectrin and the other stuff for cocci (forget the name, it's not here yet) so I put 1/4c. ACV in her water and fed her a plain yogurt mash with her feed and 2T. of DE and kale...she's drinking but not eating much...unfortunately her coop flooded with the tropical storm we had yesterday so, while she was already wet, I pulled her out, gave her a bath for the lice (which I ended up not seeing any on her or in the water...is that possible for 3 others in our flock of 12 to have it and not her??). She did NOT appreciate the blow drying so I towel wrapped her. Cleaning out her temporary housing turned up more bloody and white stool with clear discharge. After I washed her, she had a BM that was mostly green and white diarhea with a pink tinged discharge around it. This morning, her stool is thicker green turds with black bead looking stuff in it! What could that be?? Small, maybe the size of whole oats? I also noticed during bath time that her crop was really full! Any ideas? She's still really lethargic but taking care of herself still. Sorry this is so long! I have only had chicken for 3 months now and am shocked at the number of issues we've had so far! Is it just because we live in So.FL or am I just a dunce?!?! Grr!

Sorry I missed all of this! I wish I had some advice for you, but all I have is support. The spots on her comb do look like fowl pox, which should run it's course in a few weeks and go back to normal. I would also treat for Cocci with Corid.

Thanks so much! Our quarenteen coop went u nderwater so I just cleaned all her nastiness off our sceened in porch so I'm tempted to not let her back in tonight...if she has cocci will I need to give Corid to the rest of my flock? I noticed some odd stools from them too...may just be intestinal lining though...thank you for your thoughtfulness!!

Well, for those of you wondering the outcome, it's over! Yesterday her poops were solid (but green) and she'd been eating for the last 2 days! Ranging around the yard and eating her feed! We got the Corid late yesterday and were debating whether or not to feed the entire flock, and put her back in the main coop, or put her in the quarantine coop until she laid an egg...well, after we put the kids to bed we went out and couldn't find her anywhere!!! :( So sad! Seems she beat the Cocci on her own though, (the foul pox were scabbing over too...now I know what that looks like!) just not the hawk or bobcat that likely took her :(

I should add that we had just started using raw ACV in their water about 4 days prior to her getting the cocci and I started feeding everyone homemade PLAIN Nasty yogurt as well as some millet sprouts as I didn't know what else to do while I was waiting...maybe they helped more than I thought!
