Is this cocci?

Hello, I have four 7 week old pullets and one or more have weird looking droppings. I consulted Dr. Google and started them on Corid. They've gone through all the required time length for treatment but are still having this weird, horrible smelling droppings.Can anyone tell me if this is cocci or something else altogether. Thanks in advance.

Looks like cecal droppings, which are completely normal! Nothing to worry about.
