Is this comb color okay?

White comb color. It's cold and snowy outside.

That appears to be frostbite. It first turns white. Next day, it turns yellowish, and later the yellowish part blisters and swells. Many days later, it turns black. The black parts will fall off weeks later. It's very painful. Do not touch it. Do not let it refreeze or it will get much worse.
 
Could be mild frostbite.
It might get worse, or not.
Doesn't really faze my birds.
Could just be dryness, either way leave hands off.
