Is this Favus?? HELP!

It does look like it, but hard to be sure. I would treat it with Lotrimin or Tinactin, (and wear gloves since you can get it) to see if it improves. Here is another good picture of it in picture # 3: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/...wattles-overtaken-by-white-growth-please-help
