It looks like pecking marks to me. I've just been through fowl pox (dry, thankfully) here, and pox tends to look more concentrated and sore like. All the marks are near the back, where a rooster might grab onto when mating. Either way, treat with iodine, or neosporin. Fowl pox will run it's course and there is a very informative thread on it. Look for something like "do you vaccinate for fowl pox" if you're interested it's a good read on the subject. For instance, I didn't know that it is usually from mosquitos, not other birds. A bird would have to bite the sore on an infected bird to get it.
