Is this fowl pox

Was thinking this is fowl pox. It has been several months since this showed up and is not improving and may actually be a getting worse. The roosters by far are the worse. Very little symptoms on the hens...just a dot here and there.
What could this be other than fowl pox?
Its not frost bite. We are in south florida and no freezing weather or frost this year in our area.

It looks like they may have been getting pecked or injuring their combs on fencing perhaps when running from each other. The black is dried blood. They will eventually heal, but I would separate the roosters, so they can heal. How many roosters and hens do you have? Roosters will fight, and drive the hens crazy unless you have one rooster for about every 8-10 hens.

3 roos...they dont fight. 40+ hens.
They have wide open space so fencing isnt the problem....
It seems to be some kind of virus or maybe fungus?

It’s not frost bite unless the birds can get frost bite at temps around 40 degrees.

Could be hitting them in the waterer or feeder.

The black does not appear to be blood...

Any type of chicken feeder with divider bars or pockets can cause that sort of damage (cuts and bruises) when they attempt to eat.
