Is this gold dillute?

i thought because blue only had one copy that it allowed expression, but 2 wouldn't ? But there are lav pattern birds (porcelain) so i thought that would be a good place to start since the pattern gene is strong enough to allow for the straw to be there :)

I will take a picture of my little up and coming roo today, he's 6 weeks now! Time flies. Hopefully the camera will capture all the pastel buff i am seeing in his feather pattern! I don't remember my other gold roo having the buff until he got his sickles and hackle in..........? I am sure he is a roo because the other chick who has a decent size comb was chest bumping this one daily for a while, but the others weren't ......So i got 2 roos and 4 hens so far out of this hatch. :)
post the pics...

Not the best, forgot the camera and had to make do with a cell phone camera

Still waiting on back feathers. ......... Looks like the back will be shaded like this? So far he's a beige and pearl grey (pale blue) The beige is really hard to capture on camera, but in person it's really obvious. The beige runs down the center of the feather down the shaft, then it's a pearly white/ pale grey on the outer edges of the feathers. The camera don't do it justice, can barely see it only if you squint right, but in person it's very nice and obvious.

Whatever he is, he sure is friendly! Will settle right down and enjoys being held :)

he is not fully matured yet, right?

no, only 6 weeks!
He will be a whopper, looks like. My two i raised out of the last batch are huge birds! I was kinda going for the smallish ones, but i picked for personality and i ended up with the bigguns :D

??????????
There is a chance, then? He did look like the "gold dillute" chick i saw on a genetics page, with the chick down being dilluted....For silvers they are supposed to be black and white, chicks, right?

Nope! You were right. Blue goldEN duckwing. (to anyone newly reading, gold and golden are different; golden looks white/silver but has gold in the hackle and saddle)

He's very sharp!

you would think this rooster is also a blue golden rooster right?

but he is not, he is carrying what I believe is the gold diluter Champagne blonde, I am isolating such diluter to wildtype duckwing birds as we speak

I don't think he is Blue Golden Duck-Wing. He looks more like a Blue Columbian with Gold leakage than a Blue Golden Duck-Wing.
Here is a Blue Golden Duck-Wing,
