I use one that is quite similar to that, but it is larger and you can put a combination lock onto it. Although I'm not sure where you are planning on putting it on your coop.. I have mine on the hatches to where I collect their eggs.

Any type that you can put a lock/carabiner on. All my latches have them on them just as an extra measure against raccoons or accidental unlatching.
