Is this lavender orphinton a pullet?

Acquired on Sept 13th. Definitely had some sort of respiratory illness so is a little slow growing.

I'm very confused by the tail.... I've never owned a lavender Orphington.... I mean the comb and wattles aren't much bigger than the buff's I. But we have this very upright tail that is getting longer...

I'm 99.9% sure that the buff orphinton is a pullet....
