Is this life?

Hello everyone! So my egg is on the 7th day and it was in a 80s yesterday. I built an incubator now at 102 degress Fahrenheit (closest i can get). I check the egg this morning and saw some thing in the yolk, hoping it is the embryo.there seems to be a bloodline connected to it which really makes me think it's alive and forming. This is my first time hatching any egg, so if any of have been hatching eggs for a while answer. That would be great.

I see more veins today.
