Is this newly hatched chicks naval area normal?

Is this normal? Freshly hatched and I can't decide if the lump is the chickens guts coming through or what? Need some input here. No blood by the way.

The area looks a lot better this morning. The little thing doesn't seem to want to walk though. He has been sleeping and I'm just letting him rest. I'm hoping he will be up and at it when I get home from work this afternoon.
