Make sure your humidity is around 70%, and just leave him be. I can see some blood through the membrane, so he's definitely not ready.

The humidity is 74% and I haven't touched them as tempting as it may be! It's only day 20 I think the little gal pipped too hard lol thank you!

Ok, perfect!
Well, your baby is malpositioned from the way the pip looks. He missed the air cell which means that this is his internal pip too. So give him at least 48 hours before assisting at all, 24 hours for the internal pip and then 24 for the external pip. Plus, I would give him some extra time just because he's not positioned correctly. Fingers crossed he does ok! Keep us posted too if you don't mind!

I was concerned when I seen it didn't pop where it was suppose to, but I'll just wait this one out for a couple more days and see if he can do it on his own thank you!

I have 6 all together should I be concerned 3 haven't pipped yet? Sorry all the questions lol this is more stressful than I thought
It's ok!
If it's only day 20 it's not a big deal for now. I'd expect most to be externally pipped by tomorrow though.

He hatched all on his own today and seems to be doing good! 🥰
