Is this normal? Hatching chick

I have to run several errands this morning and don’t want to take it out from under mama hen without being able to oversee. I’ll leave it under there and reevaluate when I get home.

When I first found the egg, the shell was off and the membrane wasn’t broken, but it looked bruised like it had punctured a vessel while breaking the shell. I could see chick bumping against membrane, but there was no pipping. Next time I saw it was in the first picture above where membrane was broken and there was brown areas. I heard baby pip then so around 2pm yesterday. Chick is moving some, but not making noise

Babies take breaks, I haven't seen bruising in mine, so not sure if that's normal.

Rechecked and no progress. 24hrs round about from when I first saw the broken membrane and heard a pip. Scared to assist. I’ve been making sure the membrane stays moist with Vaseline and baby is breathing and peeping occasionally. I’ve left it under hen with minimal disruption. The other eggs in the clutch are internally pipping.

Am open to suggestions. I definitely don’t want to intervene at the chicks detriment but don’t wish to let it just die in there if there’s hope.

Do you want to assist? I can walk you through it.

It is day 21 of her being on them and the other eggs are trying to hatch. This membrane is def looking tan and I’ve seen no progress in 24 hrs so I think assisting is ok.
