Is this normal on side of 61/2 week old chicks face?

Just noticed today one side of this chicks face has a larger "cheek" than the other, also small black spot. Is this normal? First time chicken owner- sorry!

alright, first off that is their ear lobe, (don't worry about not knowing i didn't know for a long time) i'm not sure why it's so much bigger than the other one, does it feel hotter then the other, does it hurt when pressure is applied?

Ok, after reading around on here I'm thinking tick bite! There is a spot in the middle of this that looks like a tick could have been there and I did pull one off this chicks face a week or so ago.

glad you have an idea of what it might be! keep an eye on her appetite, how much water she drinks, if her poop looks normal, and if her behavior changes at all
