Is This Normal

My English bloodline Buff Orpington rooster has a red tinge to part of his feet and the lower part of his legs. I am not sure if this is normal. None of my other chickens have this.

Yep, completely normal. Especially in roosters with pale colored legs. I have a roo that has quite a bit of red on his feet.
 
I think the redness is normal but I'm not sure if it's just the angle of the photos but the foot on the right looks a little swollen to me .
 
My BO roo has the same thing down the side of his legs. I call them his racing stripes.
