It's probably better than not worming, but you should ask Dawg53, he could say for sure. Wazine is one wormer that I have not done any research on, so I don't know what the possible side effects are.

Is this something I should still keep them in quarantine for? If they no longer have lice, could I put them with the rest of my flock? If not, I have to find another solution other than the garage because I'm catching flack for it and they are being evicted. :(
 
Okay so I have 5 chickens, what are the doses of the wormer I should give them? I was planning on getting the first wormer you pictured, the one for goats, and also the Corid powder. Can I do them both at the same time? I'm planning on getting them on my way home so a response back would be AWESOME! :D

The one for goats is fine and I have used it and Corid at the same time seen no side effects. The wormer dose is 1/2 cc per 2.2 pounds of body weight. If you can't weigh them, just search the web for their breed and weight and dose them based on that. If you need help with doses, just let me know and I'll help you come up with some amounts.

I mean, if you know off hand the dose amount off the top of your head...

There's two Australorps, a Rhode Island Red, a Black Sex Link, and a Barred Rock (they all look about the same size).
 
And the Corid powder is the measurements you posted in your first post? The same amount you'd put in the water for calves?

If they were mine they would get dosed at 50mg/kg (1/2ml per 2.2 pounds). I did a quick search and complied this for you:

Rhode Island - 2.9kg - 1.45ml
Australorps - 3.3 to 4.2 - 1.65ml to 2.1ml
Black Sex Link - 2.9kg - 1.45ml
Barred Rock - 3 to 3.4 - 1.5ml to 1.7ml

1 ml = 1 cc
