Is this Poop Normal?

One of my chickens had green diarrhea while acting lethargic a few days ago. I brought her in and took care of her to the best of my knowledge and the knowledge of others on here, going down a checklist of what her issue might be. She acts normal in the house now, but still acts lethargic out in the coop. And her diarrhea has stopped, but her poop is still green.

Nothing has changed recently, except it has been much colder here (about 30 degrees colder than typical) and I was using the heat lamp a lot more than I usually do. I posted a pic of her poop; not sure if it's normal or if it could pinpoint the issue better...

She is 3 years old; or that's what I was told when she was given to me months back. When I had her in the house for a few days, she seemed to have a good appetite.

Thank you for your replies Eggcessive; was reaching out to chicken people on FB and they had me all over the map, trying to resolve this... I feel like I'm in a chicken soap opera, with my entire life revolving around this chicken. I've tried to heal her with so many things, feeling she was going to pass away any hour. And I did give her a vitamin D and B earlier. Oh and the weird thing is, she acts more normal in my house, but lethargic outside. Okay, heading to town again for this chicken. Picking up NutriDrench...

Her crop seems to be normal. I did give her the NutriDrench for five days, but I'm not sure if I got the full 2 ml amount in her each time; I know I got at least 1 ml in her, maybe a little more. Opening a beak of a chicken by myself has been a struggle. Hoping that doesn't deter her from any chance of her getting healthy...

I took her out of the dog crate today to see how she was walking in the warm house; she is acting lethargic in here now too. I'm not really sure what to do at this point. If I put her back out in the coop, she's going to die. If I keep her in the house, she may live, but with an underlying health issue that I cannot pinpoint. She does make subtle sounds at times; the one sounded like a [quiet] police siren. Never heard it before, but any other sound she makes is normal chicken chatter. I don't like seeing animals suffer, which is why I've poured so much into her. What should my next step be??

She may do better with her flock for company if her dog crate will fit in there. Gradually, try to reintegrate her unless she is being harmed.

Okay, that was going to be my plan today if there was nothing else I could do. I even made a table for her dishes to fit on in the crate, so she wouldn't sit on them/knock them around. Thank you for your support through this.

Hey, just wanted to update you that my chicken is still alive. Some days she has more energy than others, but she's too weak to mix back in with the flock, so she's def a house chicken from here-on-out... I read that Egg Yolk Peritonitis kills them after about a week, so I'm not sure if that's what she has (although ALL of her symptoms point to it). She's been with me for a little over two weeks. I really wish I had a vet to check her out, but the only one who knows chickens here is unavailable for an extended time period. I tried reaching out though.

Just taking each day at a time now; hopefully the vet will be available sooner than I was told.
