I would keep them separated from any adult chickens for the fact that Featherland mentioned.
I know we have had chicks hatch out and had to separate them from the rest of the flock because the other will pick at them. Momma hen can't be with them every second with her own chicks! and you can't sleep in the coop with them!!

a heat lamp would be best, and keep them out of drafts.
