Is this Severe Vent Gleet or Infection

So I just extracted this syringe full just to see if it is water belly. The liquid that came out is super clear and when I 1st poked the needle in (didn't go in far at all) blood came out....so the liquid that came out since its clear & not yellowish is it not water belly? I attached a pic
It's water belly. The fluid ranges in color from clear to yellow to amber. (The bit of blood is probably from hitting a blood vessel in the skin.) A good avian vet might be able to pinpoint the cause of the fluid buildup (liver, heart, reproductive issue, etc), but if that;s not an option I'd just try to keep the fluid from building up too much. Be careful of draining too much as it can be a shock to the bird and the less fluid in her belly the less buffer there is between your needle and her organs. Just try to keep her comfortable and mobile. It also might be a good idea to order some antibiotics to have on hand as infection can become a problem. My vet used to give clavamox to prevent infection when she drained my girl with ascites. Fish-mox/aqua-mox is the same drug and can ordered online or found in some pet stores.

Aaaahhh okay, thank you so much for all the info!!! I'm guessing the water belly is from a reproductive issue since she is super young and recently started laying 🤷‍♀️. Poor girl, I hate this so much 😢. I'm so shocked she got this with being so young, ugh!
