Is this silkie a Roo?

I have a 6 month old bantam buff silkie that I have thought to be a pullet. I now think it may be a Roo, it has never crowed and never been in a nesting box. It was the only silkie that came in the bunch, buff color, bright blue ears and 5 toes. My other bantam assortment that are the same age are laying and crowing! I ordered a feather legged bantam assortment of 8 from my pet chicken and I have positively identified 4 Roosters. This would make 5 Roosters out of 7! What do you think?

Beautiful boy. Silkie roos don't crow that much if they are on the bottom of the pecking order, at least, that is what I've noticed. My silkie is under two LF RIR roos and barely ever crows.
